My charity and not-for-profit clients have a vital role to play in making the world a kinder place. They help and support the vulnerable, weak or disadvantaged, whoever and wherever they are.
They face increased competition for funding and contracts, especially following the global pandemic. They need to look for ways to engage people in their mission as efficiently as possible, to demonstrate that they are #nevermoreneeded.
I have many years’ experience helping them to communicate effectively, recognising the complexity and dynamics of their world. I have worked with large charities, such as Marie Curie, ActionAid UK and Guide Dogs for the Blind, and smaller ones, such as Ridgeline Trust and ABC to read.
