Browning York is now open for 2023

A chalkboard that reads Welcome, please come in

2023 is shaping up to be another tricky year for many individuals and organisations. Communication is already often cited as needing improvement.

But it is an area that we can have more control over than we realise.

As I often say to clients, you have enough to do without simply adding ‘communicate’ as another item on your to-do list. So if you’re going to do it, you might as well be as effective as possible. With fewer misunderstandings, you can ensure your organisation is focussing on the amazing things you do to make the world a kinder place.

I can support you to do just that.

And if your issues aren’t strictly comms-related, I can help you figure out what the real problem is too.

Who do I work with?

My clients are busy people, with lots to do and lots to achieve. Their organisations are working with groups and communities locally, nationally and globally, finding ways to empower, support and make change.

They recognise that communication at their organisation needs improving but:

  • they don’t know where to start,
  • they don’t feel confident enough in their own communication abilities to be sure that they will make the right choices
  • they haven’t got enough pairs of hands

Have a look at my testimonials page to see what my clients say about how I have helped them.

How can I help?

There are a number of ways we can work together. The best option for you will depend on what you want to achieve and whether you would like me to do it for you or to support you to develop the skills yourself.

Here are a few examples:

Communication strategy and plan

Planned communications provide actions to support your organisational plan and achieve your aims. I can work with you to pull together a robust communication strategy and plan.

Write your own communication strategy

If you haven’t yet found time to actually write the strategy you know you need, let me guide you through a series of workshops to build it. I’ll provide accountability too so you don’t let it slip.

Communications mentoring

I can provide ongoing mentoring to help you deliver your communication strategy and plan. Regular conversations with a mentor can help you work through ideas and challenges in a safe and supportive way.

Sound good? If you are looking for support and think I could help you, please get in touch for a no obligation chat about the challenges you are facing.

Until next time

Sarah
