Sarah really helped us think through the actions and tone that fit our objectives for each piece [of communication], as well as meeting with our managers to help them understand this thinking so it could be utilised more widely in our work. She was responsive to our needs throughout, thoughtful in her approach and always trying to fit what was needed (even when the goalpost moved!), so it was a pleasure to work with her.
