We have worked with Sarah this year to develop a communications plan for our team. We are an externally facing part of our university, with both internal and external stakeholders with whom we wanted to interact. We’ve been ‘coasting’ with our comms for a while now and while we felt we had all the components we didn’t feel we were being as strategic or targeted as we could/should be. Sarah was incredible at bringing it all together for us, she was reassuring about what we had achieved, and supportive to enable us to develop.
