I hope that everyone has had an enjoyable festive season, whatever you have been doing. I have spent time with family and friends, laughed a lot, eaten a lot and generally recharged my batteries. Just what I hoped for, in fact.
I shall be officially returning to my desk next week, but I’m already starting to think about all the ideas I have for the coming year to support my existing customers in using communication effectively to achieve their desired outcomes and to find new clients to work with.
