As 2020 draws to a close, I’m taking the opportunity to wish you all a safe and relaxing festive break. After the year we have all had, we certainly need to take time to pause and reflect on how much we have done in the last 12 months!
We still have a long way to go in the years to come, for ourselves and for our organisations to recover. But given that we have made it this far, having achieved surprising amounts, against all odds, I truly believe that we can get there.
It might not be easy.
At times it will feel impossible.
But if we work together, we can do it.
However you’re spending this festive season, I hope that you have time for a rest and to give yourself a pat on the back for everything you have done in this most horrible of years.
